Hanna Al-Fakhoury

Hanna Al-Fakhoury (Arabic: حنا الفاخوري, Ḥānna Al-Faḫūry ‎) (1916) is a Lebanese Christian father, philosopher and an Arabic linguistic born in Zahlé, the place where his family moved from the village Majdaloun which is close to Ba'labakk. In 1927 he removed again to Jerusalem, the place where he ended his basic learning in 1936.[1]

He is most known for his book Al-Jamee'a fe Tareeḫ Al-Adab Al-Arabi, الجامع في تاريخ الأدب العربي -The Inclusive in the History of the Arabic literature).
